Describe the bug
Using the assembly-option-input-values feature, I noticed the click area from the checkbox use occupy the entire product-assembly-options area, which can bother the UX experience while customizing the product.
I researched deeper into the output code, changing the checkbox and Customize Button placement, and this still being influenced by the obstrusive checkbox behavior.

To Reproduce

https://www.brassbell.com/pre-order-7-inch-brass-engravable-wall-bell--polished/p
Every time when we click on the Add Text (which is actually a customize button), in order to customize the product text there, the selected state from the option changes. This should not be happen to regular users.

Expected behavior
The Customize Button click should not influence the checkbox state
