We'd like to build a public system by which individuals can apply the work of the ARIA-AT Community Group (namely, the "verdicts" to assertions about assistive technology responses) to AT responses they have observed on their own.

I've written a proposal for such a system here, and I'm seeking feedback from the community group and from other interested folks.
