Winch is the baseline non-optimising compiler in Wasmtime. It is under active development and it is, at the time of writing, not considered ready for production yet. Nonetheless, we should eventually implement support for the WasmFX instruction set in Winch.

In #170 Winch has been activated on the full testsuite. I've added a step to the testsuite that ignores WasmFX tests when Winch runs.
