Indicate whether the number of participants was overwritten

If the number of participants gets overwritten for a meal, this should be indicated in the export. Currently overwritten participants result in the same message, e.g. "(für alle, 10 Per.)". I would prefer something as "(Achtung für 10 Per.)".
Need to check the messages for recipes for vegis and leaders only. Each type should have its unique message, which should be clearly distinguishable in the export.
