Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE

I recently update WordPress to 5.8.3 and after updating WordPress, there is a jQuery error from the plugin.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

Install WordPress to latest version. Install the latest version of S2Member plugin and view in the frontend in the browser console in chrome.
