Payment page times out

EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUE

Recently, the page we use to accept payments (using PayPal buttons) started timing out. No major changes to the site recently - except the IP address recently changed (although the domain is the same). I couldn't find any place where the IP address would be hardcoded into s2, so I don't see how that would be the issue, but the problem did start around the same time.
