As a user, I want my sidebar shortcuts to be loaded from the portable settings.

Acceptance

  • Use INI file to load shortcut icons
  • Use INI file to set shortcut's path
  • Display icon in the sidebar

Out of Scope

  • Global settings file for multiple users
