As a user, I want to have the ability to start ToolsHub when the system starts. Also, provide options for which method of auto-startup we should perform.

Acceptance

  • Create "General" settings page
  • Create a checkbox to start the app with Windows
  • Create a dropdown for startup method
    • Start menu (current / all users)
    • RegEdit (current / all users)
  • Save settings

Out of Scope

  • Getting too fancy
