The current Swift README.md refers to Carthage. Do we still want to mention CocoaPods?

There are basically 3 main package managers for Swift code:

  1. Carthage
  2. CocoaPods
  3. Swift Package Manager

iOS devs are pretty opinionated and it will be important to mention we support both Carthage / CocoaPods. Swift PM is slightly newer so it's less used and we don't support it. We could, I was just waiting for someone to submit that feature request.
