Cannot be created docker-image with yandex-tank

Hi guys.
I try to use your Dockerfile for create docker-image with yandex-tank, but it can't be created.

You are using pip version 19.2.3, however version 20.3.3 is available.
You should consider upgrading via the 'pip install --upgrade pip' command.

  File "/usr/bin/pip3", line 9, in <module>
    from pip import main
ImportError: cannot import name 'main'

Can you fix Dockerfile or tell me how can i get docker-image with yandex-tank?
