Percentage going crazy after verifying chunks

I've selected all files except the one which is currently actively being downloaded, and chose for them right mouse click then Verify chunks.
Now some files display up to 200% percent completed and all of them more completed percentage than the real one. The not selected file stays ok.
The selected file is the one I did not choose to verify chunks.
mldonkey for linux 3.1.7

After restarting /usr/bin/mldonkey_gui and /usr/bin/mldonkey, one file is displayed 100% downloaded with all green bar, which is false.

None of these errors is displayed to telnet log.
