Open ownCloud folder

Currently it’s possible to open a local folder or one from Dropbox. What would be great additionally is to be able to open a folder from ownCloud (it’s an open source self-hosted data sync platform).

ownCloud can be accessed through the WebDAV protocol. You can test it with http://demo.owncloud.org/remote.php/webdav (user/password is test/test).

Would be really good to get that collaboration going between two cool open source projects. :)

This would in principle not be very hard. A new file system is easy to implement (see other file system implementations and this blog post). There also appear to be JavaScript WebDAV clients already.
