这是我见过单细胞转录组分析工具箱最好的一个，也是最漂亮的，足见作者的下的功夫和时间。
但是有一点点的建议，脚本写的过于冗长，有些参数我认为从开发的角度没有必要预设，先把工具发出去，确认好版权就可，
对于不同的功能让使用者基于框架自己diy即可，不然后期在升级和更新维护上，可能会浪费作者不少时间
