Hi
I install Anaconda3-2023.03 and Python 3.11.3
I installed both versions of Anaconda3-2023.03 and Python 3.11.3, OpenSeespy-3.4.0.8 cannot be installed on any of the python versions from version 3.10 and above, and OpenSeespy-3.4.0.8 can be installed on version 3.9. Please fix this bug so that developers can easily install the latest version of OpenSeesPy on the latest version of anaconda and python.
