This URL parameter on Steam that actually affects how the page is being displayed and its currently being blocked by your list. (and other similar lists)

How it's supposed to be used:

  1. You're on a curator page on the Steam Store this one: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/1850-PC-Gamer/
  2. You click on a game and it takes you to a special version of the game page that has the comment from the curator.

Now if you have AdGuard URL Tracking filter enabled it removes the ?curator_clanid=1850 from the link which means you don't see that comment. This reduces the functionality of the website.

Remove this rule

It was only intended to apply to Steam, and it broke that.
