Make fragment examples compile as stand-alone .c files #6

For examples that are only fragments (i.e. not valid .c files) wrap them in main(){...} so that they compile.

I'm not sure whether you want to merge this or not, but I figure if the examples are going to have a .c extension then they should be valid C files.

I guess you could consider naming them .fragment.c or something or just ignore this PR.
