Intro

• This course is greatly inspired by the most awesome course ever made in the universe. That is of course the Google class python class
• This course follows the conventions layed out in VSCode ROS2 Workspace Template
  • A template for using VSCode as an IDE for ROS2 development althack.dev/vscode_ros2_workspace
• Some prerequisites for the course are
  • docker
  • vscode
  • vscode remote containers plugin

Installing

git clone https://github.com/AriYakir/ros2-python-course.git
cd ros2-python-course
code . 

When Visual Code launches, reopen the project in a container

Build the examples inside the Docker

Before checking changes, remember to re-run

colcon build --packages-select exercises
. install/setup.bash
