feature:

添加了代币的基本维护功能，包括余额，流水，充值，汇率等
添加了运营模块，会籍功能，能和账号进行关联，
添加票据功能，可以缓冲支付订单后的使用权益。
票据可以和预售代币进行互相交换
优化了MediaResource


          添加客户的UUID，并且客户在注册的时候，需要将识别赋值
