Changes

• Add rank parameter to /explore/group/{group}. Set to false to not lookup the rank value with namematching service.
• Change /*/bbox to return 0.0,0.0,0.0,0.0 instead of an error when there are no occurrences.
• Add webservice /index/speciesImages and /index/speciesOccurrences. These restricted services better serve bie-index requirements.
• Fix the offline download headings.csv by including the first row.
• Fix for the inclusion of species list kvp values in offline downloads.
• Add WMS display variation with an additional colormode, colormode:hexbin.
• Add user properties webservices. These will replace the same services currently provided by userdetails.
• Fix autocomplete service for namematching results without a rank.
