Description

This section would hold the User Manual chapter on what Core elements are and how to use them.

Expected change

A new section appears in the Visual Elements section of the GUI User Manual: "Core Controls".
This page will start with the disclaimer box indicating that these elements are only available when using the taipy package (and not taipy-gui).
As for the other controls, these controls will all have a dedicated doc page, and properties will be generated from a viselements.json description file that should also be user by the Taipy Studio GUI VS Extension.
