Remove $0 from display_help and usage sections to ${COMMAND_NAME} to help with CI/CD & CT

COMMAND_NAME = echo $0 | sed 's/^.*\///'

This change is required because during TEST the results are returning a false positive depending where the command is stored on the TEST system.
It has always bothered me that when running --help the command includes the path where the command is located. but I also thought this is helpful to make sure I was using the correct command either in /usr/local/bin or ~/bin etc.

update ### production standard 8.3.201 --usage
