Neocam: pose estimation

This first version of the Neocam module contains the code necessary to:

• Read both video files and OAK-D camera.
• Detect body and face of newborns, drawing a bounding box around them.
• Compute the distance between the inner box (face) and the outer (body).
• Use these distances to estimate limb positions (right arm extended, left leg tucked, etc.).

Note: OAK-D video visualization tends to lag. This will be solved in future releases.
