The Chair in Computer Assisted Clinical Medicine (CKM), Mannheim Institute for Intelligent Systems in Medicine at Heidelberg University, Germany perfromes research in medical imaging and medical image analysis. Part of our reasearch is the development of algorithms and tools that we want to share with the public on this page. We also provide access to selected dataset related to our work which are hosted at the Research Data Managment Department at Heidelberg University.
