Concord Core v0.2 Mainnet Release

Concord Core Mainnet has arrived, after over a year of on-and-off development. Concord will begin it's transition from a centralized financial database entry to a Decentralized Financial Ledger.

A swap from the Database to the Mainnet will take place within the next few days. Open for as long as the database stays online (could be many months).
