I was checking the documentation.
In config.toml, when you change the var title, it only modifies the Window title...

That's correct, at the moment you cannot. I can look into making this text configurable, while keeping the internationalisation options for the default text. If you have a suggestion, feel free to submit a PR! 🙂

Of course you can override index.html on your own site, but that's not an optimal solution.
