Update biomass calculations to use separate weight factors for Live/Dead

Currently the biomass equations table has a Live Dead field and that field is displayed in the modify weight factors page, but when generating biomass equations only one biomass equation will be created regardless of if the cruise has both live and dead in a population.
Also when calculating biomass, the calculation logic will grab biomass equations without looking for one matching the L/D value on the tree.

We need to update generating biomass equations so that it will create Live and Dead biomass equations where needed, update biomass calculations so that it can use the correct weight factors, and update reports (WT1) to reflect the correct weight factor
