- parameters management - distributional and VFI code - updated to reflect 2021 latest parameters with small adjustment in SS parameter. - mlx files nearly all look identical to prior - new vig generated in folder MatlabVig subfolder 11-15-2021

- stimulus check amounts - unemployed, employed a-transform problems given checks - 2019 forward looking into 2020 problems - Updated to reflect some new SS parameter and new median y income level and some other minor things. These things specifically: + fl_ss_non_college = 0.220; % Average SS non-college 2005-2009 as a share of GDP per capita + fl_ss_college = 0.266; % Average SS college 2005-2009 as a share of GDP per capita + fl_scaleconvertor = 62502; + fl_xi = 0.651; - new vig generated in folder MatlabVig subfolder 11-15-2021
