Publicly available quantum computing books (WIP)

Introduction

Quantum computing is a new paradigm of physics that promises significant computational advantages for a plethora of applications, ranging from optimizing, material design, drug discovery to sensing and measurement and secure communication.

Building a quantum computer requires multidisciplinary knowledge involving experimental and theoretical physics, photonics, computer science, software engineering, and of course quantum mechanics.

If you are a computer scientist or a physicists aspiring to become a quantum computing scientist, this list is for you.

The topics include:

  • Quantum mechanics
  • Quantum information processing
  • Quantum computing
  • Quantum information theory
