If the Octolapse timelapse folder is set to the Octoprint default folder (this is the default setting), new timelapses aren't showing up in the timelapse tab unless you refresh.

To fix this I'll manually call the refreshData function of the timelapseViewModel. However, if a timelapse is deleted in one plugin or the other, they will lose synchronization. I will try to deal with this later.
