Bug: Users should be notified that they are printing from SD, and that Octolapse will be disabled while printing.

Enhancement: Users should have an option to continue the print, or to cancel. Also, there should be a setting that controls this (auto continue or prompt).

I believe this is now fixed, though I can no longer cancel SD prints in OctoPrint v1.4.0+.
