• Worked closely with regional change managers and country office teams, facilitating communication of data-gathering requirements and supporting data entry processes.
• Acted as Deputy Manager, leading a team of 6 Data Analysts and facilitating support calls with non-technical clients to ensure the resolution and implementation of Jira tickets.
