Keyboard renamed

renamed keyboard package to Parsi

and shorten the description of the keyboard. the new description is "Persian but better"

اسم کیبورد رو عوض کردم تا کوتاه تر باشه همینطور توضیحات کیبورد رو هم کوتاه تر کردم

First release

This layout is just a normal Persian layout with some changes.

• ctrl + - is half-space
• space + shift is half-space
• and English numbers replaced with Persian numbers from Persian Standard.
