Accepts Candidates/Proposal matrix in vote options
Ballots are now array instead of integer -> proposal = ballot[candidate]
Vote results are now matrix -> proposalCount = voteResults[candidate][proposal]
In solidity's vote contract, vote result data is a flatened array => proposalCount = voteResults[candidate*nbCandidates + proposal]
Currently in testing, maybe not working. Just here to share code.
