Form selection fails when you have more than 1 form on the login page. Instead, inject the credentials as a basic authentication header as supported by https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/PasswordAuthnConfiguration#PasswordAuthnConfiguration-UserInterface
