fix(balance): ✏️Better balance catalysts

Since one day E2EE would have "Catalyst Singularities", Catalysts ingredients should be easier crafted and not require too much waiting or thouthands of the same resource. Changed recipes for: [Basic Component][Advanced Component][Advanced Catalyst][Elite Component][Elite Catalyst]
