2. Turn off WiFi, with the modem connected, follow the link (Link accesses the modem on its default IP)

3. Connect the modem in Windows. Install ZTEDrvSetup.exe - the driver for the ZTE modem in Windows.

4. Insert a SIM card that is not supported into the modem. Enable dccrap.exe:
