Welcome to the nova-editor wiki!

The goal of this tool is to allow novices who have experienced programming with visual programming languages, to easily transition into conventional text-based programming languages.

This tool tries to maintain a valid state of the code at all times by updating an AST that is equivalent to the inserted code. The tool also tries to provide learning moments when the user makes invalid attempts, or at some points tries to guide the user to ensure valid code is inserted.
