ip2location v0.0.2

Fixed an issue where in the .exe file would close immidiately after finding a null IP Address, making it impossible for the user to understand what went wrong.

This is the first official release of ip2location. Since this is such a small little project I made, I don't plan on adding much anything else to it. Maybe reducing some load times somehow, some polishing or bug fixes.
