Add .idea/ to git ignore (Jetbrains Rider)
Rename Solution file and move to root directory
Introduce CHANGE-LOG.md
Remove uncesssary solution file for Sample project
Added global.json file to use .NET 6 + (disallow pre-release, this will allow .NET 7 to work but not .NET 8 beta/alpha etc)
