Machine learning methods for stream water temperature prediction

Accompanying code for the publication "Machine learning methods for stream water temperature prediction" (https://doi.org/10.5194/hess-25-2951-2021)

The code in this repository was used to produce all results, tables and figures in the manuscript. The code is specifically written to be used on the Vienna Scientific Cluster (VSC) and thus only directly usable with a Linux Cluster using SLURM.

• wateRtemp The version of the wateRtemp package that was used in this study. For a current version refer to https://github.com/MoritzFeigl/wateRtemp
• 01_model_runs The scripts used to produce the results of the publication.
• 02_plot_and_table_scripts The scripts used to produce all figures and tables of the publication
