This is the recode for 2019! The image converter is feature complete but if you have anything you want, write an issue!
You can either extract the zip or 7z file to any location you want and run Image Converter exe
or run the self-extracting archive

Version 1 pre-release
This is a pre-release version of version 1. This is a complete recode of the program. Currently, there is support for converting images to WebP, Jpeg, and PNG. I can add more if you wish. There are some basic settings if there is any missing please tell me so I can remedy this! GIF support is coming. Currently, there is no support for videos, kind of, it's there just not enabled.

This is the completed version release! You can convert to WebP and WebM.
Squirrely Converter V0.6
Removed Decoding all together I felt it was too much away from what I wanted to do.
Added basic WebM support. It really doesn't work the way it should but it shouldn't delete anything.
Changed the icon to something that looked better.
This is close but not yet there.
