Esse programa simula o sistema de cadastros de uma biblioteca. Foi confeccionado juntamente com o discente Yuri Alves. Trabalho proposto pelo professor Flávio Uber na disciplina de "Fundamentos de Algoritmos - 1º semestre (UEM/2020)".
O arquivo .txt irá gerar dados aleatórios em formato binário.
