S parameters for Signal Integrity Book
My book, entitled "S-parameters for Signal Integrity" has finally been published by Cambridge University Press (February 2020).
The book is 700 pages and with anything that large, it is bound to have mistakes. I'm reserving this page for news about the book and to maintain errata.

The equation for VS as a function of vp and ip has the incorrect sign. The minus sign should be a plus sign.
The second row's description has an erroneous period at the end.

The Touchstone 1.1 standard states that the option line is printed in the following order:
# <frequency unit> <parameter> <format> R <Z0>
but this code is transposing the order of the parameter token and the format token. This generally does not cause a problem, but has been fixed in later software releases.
On a similar note, the specification says that no more than four pairs of numbers should be written on a line. This software always writes the numbers for a single frequency on an entire line. This violates the specification for devices with more than two ports, but also doesn't generally cause a problem. This has also been fixed in later software releases.

Two elements of the large matrix are incorrect.
SC_{31} should be 0
SC_{41} should have a positive sign, not a negative sign
Fortunately, figure 4.6 is correct.
