In this wiki I will explain all the problems that I have and how to setup a Server with Web API 2.
My name is Bernd Verhofstadt. I worked on this project on ERASMUS in Oulu, Finland. I made this for my Bacholor degree as Final project.

First you'll need a Windows Server 2012 R2 or higher. You can run this localy (at home or in office) or in the cloud. I hosted it in the cloud from Strato a german company that is specialized in Web, Cloud, Hosting etc. Read more on the install server page.
