Adding Indian Flag Badge on face as sticker on both cheeks without using "dlib" or any Facial Key Points Extraction.
On Independence day of India spent day to create this Flag Badge on Face program using OpenCV. "dlib" is specialy Not Used as it was very hectic process to install it.
Created mask of Indian Flag. By using CascadeClassifiers for Left and Right eye dectection co-ordinates are fetched of eyes, then flag is masked at that locations.
