Curcubitaceae Leaves MorphoLeaf Morphometric Data and Statistical Code

Here, we apply MorphoLeaf in generating a morphometric dataset from 140 leaf specimens of seven Cucurbitaceae species via landmark extraction, reparametrization of leaf contours, data quantification, and analysis. The paper that documents it titled "Digital Morphometrics: Application of MorphoLeaf in Shape Visualization and Species Delimitation, using Cucurbitaceae Leaves as a Model" is currently under review at Applications in Botany Journal.
