The Thermo FAIMS to MzML program uses MSConvert.exe, which is part of ProteoWizard, to convert Thermo .raw files to .mzML files
- When reading Thermo .raw files, ProteoWizard only works on Windows
- Consequently, ThermoFAIMStoMzML.exe only works on Windows
- The program creates a separate .mzML file for each compensation voltage (CV) value
ThermoFAIMStoMzML_Program.zip has the program and example input and output files.
