End of an era

This is all the old school AMPLE / AMPED / PIMPLE / SPAMPLE stuff. Last updated and used for SC17 (2021).
Development is now switching to a complete rewrite of the AMPLE package so it also contains the capacity building apps.

This is the AMPLE / PIMPLE that went online to support the SC16 papers. Includes up to HCR 8 and 8+-15%
