Update readme file

I want to add a contributors section to the bottom of the main readme.md file. If anyone can implement that, it would be nice.

Actually we have to do it manually like i can add link for the contibutors like if we click on the link it will redirect to the contributors page and also i can make a list of contributers but we need to update it whenever a new contributor comes.

Nice! But check if you can do it such that the list updates automatically whenever a new contributor contributes.

then the link gets updated every time a new contributors come but the list has to be updated everytime or else you can ask every contributor to add their names in the readme.md file.
