I guess you should also put the new sticky TOC feature in the release notes...

I consider it slightly experimental still, so I don't want to make it official yet. I'll hopefully have a bit more testing done in the next month. My main concern is using this with custom layouts, since there are some hardcoded things at the moment. I'd prefer to not deal with backward compatibility at the moment. However, I suppose I could add docs and clearly mark it as experimental and that it might break with updates.
